Welcome

I would like to welcome all interested individuals either old or new students to the LFIAA website.
The website is designed to promote the Chinese Internal arts for energy cultivation, healing and martial arts as taught by Laoshi Keith Ewers.
The Internal arts taught are from both the Li family system as taught by the late Grandmaster Chee Soo and the Sun style arts as taught by Prof Ji Jian Cheng.
Our classes, courses and seminars are open to everyone who shows respect, honesty, humility and loyalty.

the LFIAA has started to produce training manuals covering the Li family's Li Style Taiji Daoyin exercises and the Feng Shou-Gongfu poison hand sets these and other manuals can be bought through our shop.

Residential Workshop

This years LFIAA residential course will be held on the weekend of September 27th, 28th & 29th 2013 at the Stackpole Centre, Pembrokeshire, West Wales.
